e-Learning Australian Lifesaving Academy QLD Style!
Chris Sutton’s presentation about her work with the Australian Lifesaving Academy Queensland was fantastic. They are delivering e-Learning to a huge number of people - and making a direct difference in terms of safe beaches… amazing stuff! 
What was particularly interesting about Chris’presentation was how large an undertaking the training programs they are delivering are. And great to see that they are using open source tools too - both Moodle and Joomla are used extensively.

- Keep your eye on the WIFM Factor
- Be business like in your approach
- Keep management in the loop and communicate
- Recognise their right to decide
- Ensure whatever you do supports the business plan

- Partner where it is to your advantage
- Get some good quick runs on the board
- Let management take the credit - even if it should be yours
- Plan, plan, plan - rollout at the organisation’s pace.
