Industry Engagement Project – The benefits of partnerships: RTOs and business
Coming up from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, join Kerry Manikis to discuss a range of partnerships between RTOs and business!
Participants will be able to hear first-hand accounts of how RTOs have worked with industry to source, develop and implement innovative VET programs to address a range of issues affecting businesses such as: skills shortages, staff retention, cost reduction as a result of shut downs for training, and improve staff performance.

Developed to be delivered flexibly, economically and with no compromise to their quality standards, the Heinz e-learning demonstration has become an integral part of their training strategy - The Good Guys e-learning demonstration
Hear from Performance Partners who are working with The Good Guys to standardised their retail and operations training via an in-house e-learning program. E-learning will improve performance and reduce the costs of travel and loss of production. The new program delivers e-learning opportunities that are consistent across all the Good Guys stores. - Domain Aged Care Group e-learning demonstration
