Well done to Kathie & Howard!!
Kathie's photo of data usage is unbelievable to a city user. I'll stop complaining of my slow access in the afterschool hours.
Will some/ all entries be on display for the showcase on 5th Dec?

Wow! I can see augmented reality applied to really boring things like water treatment processes, where we could 'tag' a part of the process, and with the glasses/mobile phone the student could pull up the manufacturer's manual, short-cut tips, an accredited learning module, assessments, visuals on how this part relates to other parts, solutions for common problems etc etc

The line for industry production and learning just blurred a little more..

Just amazing what you did here Jo. Thank you so much for your efforts - you really did show how well a blog can accompany a live event. I'm gonna offer this up as an example the next time someone says they're not quite sure what I mean.

Hi Michael

This was my first unconference and I enjoyed the experience of participating as much as the conversation. Thanks to you and Frankie.

I liked the open-endedness of the discussion and we certainly had lots to talk about. These types of discussions convince me to try technologies such as twitter & virtual worlds, because of the passion of people who use them & who are able to articulate why they use them.

And I was not bothered by the fact that we did not arrive at any "solutions".

However, I like the concept of a followup discussion, as you suggested in your talk.

regards
Annelieske
